Friday Chess

USCF Rated Scholastic Chess Tournament Games Dates:
June: 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th.
July: 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd,
August: 6th and 13th.

You must pre-register for Friday tournaments!
If less than 5 students daily we retain the right to cancel class.

Twin Cities Chess Club at CCC

These are some of the up coming events and plans can you please share with your chess friends and students.

After some initial talks we are planning to host Twin Cities Chess Club at CCC

• Membership will be $40 per year for adults and $20 per year for youth players 16 years old or below.
• All players joining for 2010 will get the month of December 2009 for free.
• TWCC will meet Mondays from 6-10PM
  

Events will include:

• First Monday of the month USCF Rated Game 10
  
• The other Mondays will be a USCF rated Game 55 in a monthly tournament.
  
• Tuesday from 7-10 PM will be casual open chess blitz and bughouse allowed after lessons.
  
• Thursday from 7-10PM will be TWCC adults and advanced youth chess players.
  
• Saturday’s from 9AM – 12PM open chess

On going group and private chess lesson. 
Year around Chess Lesson!
Group lessons - $10 per class, no more than 8 students.
Small group lessons $15 per class, no more than 4 students.
Private lesson/game review  $30 per hour - limited slots.
