Club Member Schedule effective Dec1st  2010

 

Monday

4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

(TWCC – 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.)

Tuesday

4:00 p.m. to  5:00 p.m.

Wednesday

4:00 p.m. to  9:00 p.m.

(Step 3 lessons 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.)

Thursday

4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Friday

4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

(Date Night every other Friday 6.00 p.m. to

Saturday

10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

(Math Challenge 3-8, Stock & Finance Course based on registration)

Sunday

12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

(Step-3 - 1:00 to 2.30 / Tactics 2:30 to 3:30 )

The above hours of operation will be revised to accommodate tournaments, any special events and may be adjusted at the discretion of the Executive Directors.

CCC Membership & 2011 Dues.

As a general rule, the CCC game facilities are available for only to members in good standing, or participants in chess activities, lessons, simuls, and tournaments. Visitors are permitted two free visits.

Twin City/ SFEA / BNASC members

$40.00

Due January 1st 2011

Daily membership can be purchased for $2.00 after your two free visits. 

Daily membership may be waived for customers spending at least $2.00 for CCC products or beverages.

 Benefits of Membership

A principal benefit of membership is the availability of a pleasant environment in which to play, watch or study chess with others interested n the world’s greatest game. Added benefits include:

·         Opportunities to participate in all types of CCC-Sponsored tournaments, or Simul events

·         CCC Members will receive reduced entry fees to CCC Sponsored or hosted tournaments

·         The opportunity to observe or participate in simultaneous events or exhibitions

·         The opportunity to attend lectures and chess classes

·         Free access to books, CD’s Software, DVD’s and other materials in the CCC Library

·         Opportunities to purchase books and other chess materials at a substantial discount to commercial prices

·         Access to Free WI-FI reserved for members only.

 Other benefits:

 In addition to above, membership affords to participate in the CCC Scholastic free events, chess classes, eligible to participate in annual lucky draw for $100.00 sponsorship for participating scholastic chess tournaments.

Demeanor

Behavior which interferes or is likely to interfere with CCC Club activities or planned activities is not permitted. Consumption of alcoholic beverages [except at Club- sponsored social events] smoking and gambling are prohibited. Group games such as bug-house chess, chess variants, or skittles analysis are encouraged; because of the potential for distraction or interference with planned or on-going regular chess activities, the Executive Director will likely restrict such activities to a designated level or area of the facility.

Minors:

Eligible minors under 18 are encouraged to use club facility if accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. A parental consent and release form will be provided in the membership packet.
